What is involved if I am with another propane company and want to switch to Budget Propane?

No problem! Simply call our office at 1 888 405-7777 and speak with an
associate. We will quote a price then send a Budget Propane Technician to
stop by and do a quick site visit. Once inspection is complete and Supply Agreement is signed, a time will be set up to change your current tank to a Budget tank.

The propane storage tank I have on my property belongs to the current
supplier. Does Budget Propane supply tanks?

Yes we do. Budget offers a variety of tank sizes to suit your needs (click here to view available options).

Is changing the propane tank a simple process?

Yes, in most cases, fuel can be transferred from one tank to another. Our experienced Budget technician will be able to confirm if this is possible while there for the initial on-site visit. During the tank change-over, propane supply to your home will only be interrupted for a few minutes and the entire process will take just a few hours.

Do I need to wait until my propane tank is empty before changing to Budget
Propane?

Only if you have upright cylinders as storage containers. These types of containers do not allow for on-site transfer of fuel. However, most companies have a cancellation or restocking fee whereby the customer will receive some method of reimbursement for the remaining fuel in the tank. This would need to be confirmed with your existing propane supplier.

Does Budget Propane have after hour's emergency service?

Absolutely! Dial 1 888 405-7777 and your call will be dispatched to an on-call Service Technician or to a Bulk Propane Delivery Driver.
